Assessment Centre Documentation
Welcome to the documentation for the Assessment Centre. This documentation is designed to help you understand the system and how to use it effectively.
The Assessment Centre is a powerful analytical, strategic advisory and planning tool that can be used to test your own, and your companies understanding of various topics. It is designed to help companies initiate conversations around how to progress against strategic initiatives more effeciently and effectively. One of its goals it to provide a platform that reduces the need to employ expensive consultants that provide generic advice that is hard to implement.
The assessments available in the assessment centre are designed to help explore critical areas of understanding for a given topic. By using latest analysis techniques and applying sentiment analysis to question responses, tailored and detailed implementation plans are created to help drive positive forward momentum in to areas most important to you.
The Assessment Centre is dynamic and will continue to evolve over time with new features and capabilities being added on a regular basis. We are always looking for feedback on how we can improve the system and make it more useful for our users, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any suggestions or feedback.
Assessments will be added continuously over time, so be sure to check back regularly to see what's new. We also have a range of free assessments available that you can take at any time to gain insights into various topics and areas of your business.
If there is a specific topic or area that you would like to see an assessment created for, please let us know. We are always looking for new ideas and suggestions for assessments to create, so if there is something you would like to see, please don't hesitate to get in touch and let us know.
Using this Documentation
There are two distinct sections:
- Documentation: contains a full user guide to using the system, including how to take assessments, how to view results, and how to use the various features of the system.
- Assessments: contains detailed information about each assessment available in the system, including what the assessment covers, who it is for, and how to take it.
Feel free to explore the pages. We will keep these up to date so it is a good idea to check back regularly to see if there are any updates or new assessments available.
Creating Assessments for your Own Supply Chain
If you are interested in creating your own assessments for your supply chain, we can help with that too. We have a range of services available to help you create custom assessments that are tailored to your specific needs and requirements. If you are interested in learning more about this service, please get in touch with us and we would be happy to discuss how we can help you create custom assessments for your supply chain.
You can request for all of your suppliers to take the assessment and have the results automatically collated and benchmarked against each other to help you understand where your supply chain is performing well and where there are areas for improvement. This can help you identify which suppliers may need additional support or guidance to improve their performance in certain areas, and can also help you identify any potential risks or issues in your supply chain that may need to be addressed.
Zero Pro
The Assessment Centre is one of a collection of tools available on the Zero Pro platform. Zero Pro is a powerful collaboration, analytics, modelling and planning tool that is focussed on helping companies understand their supply chains to a level where any incident, crisis or change in strategy can be easily considered, modelled and actioned at a speed never been seen before.
Most companies believe they understand their supply chain, but in reality most companies only have a very surface level understanding of their supply chain. This can lead to significant issues when an incident or crisis occurs in the supply chain, or when there is a need to make a change in strategy that impacts the supply chain. Zero Pro is designed to help companies understand their supply chains at a much deeper level, so that they can respond to incidents and crises much more effectively, and make changes in strategy with confidence that they understand the implications of those changes on their supply chain.
Contact us to learn more about the full range of capabilities available on the Zero Pro platform and how it can help you understand your supply chain better and drive better outcomes for your business.
